The Locher 301741 Salamander can be used to grill, toast or gratinate any dish. 
 
This model has the added advantage of an automatic plate detection system which heats the grill when food is placed in the grid. As soon as the food is cooked and removed, the power goes off.

The energy-efficient infra-red heating elements heat up in just five seconds after turning the power on. Easy operation using the touch control panel with a four digit display. Rotary knobs are used for the on/off/hold function and the 15-minute timer.
 
The 2/3 GN size is convenient for smaller kitchens and the salamander can be installed at bench height, wall-mounted using the bracket supplied or fitted on a shelf above the workbench.

Easy to clean with removable grid & drip tray and manufactured in hygienic stainless steel. There are 4 height adjustable non-slip feet.
